Poshmark Fee Calculator
Calculate Poshmark's commission — $2.95 flat at $15 or less, 20% above — including the price-cliff zone where pricing slightly higher actually pays you less.
Short answer: Poshmark charges a flat $2.95 on sales of $15.00 or less and 20% on sales above $15 — no listing fee, no processing fee. On a $25 sale you keep $20.00.

Your sale
The price the buyer pays for the item. The $2.95/20% switch happens at $15.00.
Optional. Discounted or free shipping offers are deducted from your earnings. The standard PoshPost label is paid by the buyer and does not affect your fee.
Used only for profit, margin and break-even — not part of Poshmark fees.

How this calculator works
- If the sale price is $15.00 or less: commission = $2.95 flat.
- If the sale price is over $15.00: commission = 20% × sale price.
- Payout = sale price − commission. Shipping is paid by the buyer via a prepaid label and is not part of your commission base.
- Profit = payout − sourcing cost − any packaging or shipping-discount costs you absorbed.
- Break-even solves for the lowest price where profit is not negative, across the $15 cliff.
Worked example
A $25.00 sale: the 20% commission is $5.00, payout $20.00. After an $8.00 sourcing cost, profit is $12.00 — a 48% margin. At $15.00 exactly, the same math uses the flat $2.95 fee and pays out $12.05; at $15.01 the 20% rate pays out only $12.01.
The $14.75-$15 zone: Poshmark's pricing trap
The flat $2.95 fee equals 20% at exactly $14.75. Between $14.75 and $15.00 the flat fee is the cheaper of the two rates — but the moment the price crosses $15.00, Poshmark switches to 20% and your earnings drop by a few cents. Practically: never price at $15.01-$15.49. Either stay at $15.00 or below, or jump to $15.50+, where the 20% rate again beats the flat fee.
Bundle strategically. Because the commission is per order (not per item), a three-item $45 bundle pays the same 20% as three separate $15 sales would — but the flat-fee cliff disappears entirely above $15, so bundles simplify the math.

Assumptions and what this does not include
What the calculation assumes
- US marketplace sale completed through Poshmark's standard flow.
- The fee is calculated on the sale price; the buyer-paid shipping label is separate.
- Any shipping discount you offer is deducted from your earnings, as are the fees.
- Fees are rounded to the nearest cent.
What is not included
- Promoted Closet pay-per-click campaigns — an optional advertising budget, not a per-sale rate.
- Posh Shows, consignment, and any programme-specific terms.
- Price-drop or offer-related shipping promotions beyond the simple discount input above.
